The Location is great it’s close too everything, The third shift front desk lady was RUDE, mold in the bathroom, fridge made noise, said they would replace never did. the wall separating the living room and bedroom moved. The woman in the desk working in the morning of April 12,2024 was absolutely rude. She had a straight face while bearing talking and making eye contact and pointed to things instead of talking. The breakfast was not edible. Old stuff heated and furniture was torn. People around us was shady. Likely prostitution and drug sales was going on. Felt very unsafe. I will not recommend this place.

Me and a friend of mine were staying from Saturday to Wednesday because we were going to a concert. Everything seemed fine the first two days, but I kid you not. I walked out and near the stairwell there was a homeless man starting dead at me. I don’t know how long he was in there for so I immediately went downstairs. He followed me and asked if I had any socks and told the front desk and he told me he would take care of it. He went upstairs with us and told the man “again?” So this is not the first time this has happened! And they didn’t accomadate us for anything. The man was still there and he didn’t leave for another hour after he was told to do so. On Tuesday, me and my friend were sleep and house keeping came; and instead of knocking on the door the forced themselves in, luckily we had the top lock on! Keep in mind we are TWO WOMEN. Would not recommend this place.

Pros: the staff was friendly. Cons: room wasn’t that clean, there was a smell in the room and also saw few bugs. The bread served in breakfast was old. There was pot smell inside and outside of the building. I would not stay with family again in this hotel.

Blasting music late night
There was a party at the main floor. We stayed on the fourth floor, we heard and felt blasting music until 12:30am. The hotel should’ve assigned us upper floor or other side of the party. When we complained about the noise, the hotel only did talked to the party crew once, and not managed. So the party volume down then volume up later. People were outside talking loud too. I was very annoyed.
