The outside was not the best The room i first had was under ground we could only see brick wall. The smell was horrible and it was right outside the laudry room i think we were the only ones down there. Then we were killing bugs! Asked . For another room but this room the toilet would not flush properly. Horrible experience!

Room was very spacious and clean! Bed/pillows were very comfortable! Only complaint is shuttle service. We called as instructed when we landed. We waited an hour. Called again and was told the shuttle hasn't left the hotel yet! We ended up taking taking an EXPENSIVE cab!

The room was quite big and everything worked. The guests were noisy and they talked till 3am on one side of us. Also there was a big group of young soccer players staying there and they ran in the halls. The courtyard really needs some work. Probably a power wash to start with everywhere. The pool wasn’t working but it was 1/4 full of very dirty water and that was our view from the window. You could not enjoy this area at all. The hotel was located in the south where we wanted to be and it was close to a train line which we liked as well as other roads & freeways etc. parking was good and free. Staff were friendly.

We stayed only two nights. Clean room, friendly staff. Not walkable, highway on one side, commercial buildings on the other. Didn’t feel that safe, a bunch of cars got broken into the first night of stay.

Elevator broken only one in service and the down light indicator was not working. The carpet inside the elevator was worn and dirty. Light switch in my room was damage and the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall in the bathroom. Parking lot on the side of the hotel was very dark. I felt unsafe.

Overall average stay, if only planning to stay over for a quick day or two trip ok for the stay. Front desk staff didn’t provide standard check-in /out info or hotel meal options. Room a bid out dated , room phone was not working, just placed for decoration. I relied on the information i received via email by Expedia & was later told check out info was incorrect… but how would I know nothing was ever communicated.

This hotel was dirty, the elevator was broken and the pool which DOES NOT say seasonal or closed, was closed. There wasn’t anywhere to even sit outside. I checked out less than 12 hours after I checked in and when I tried calling Expedia I was hung up on 3 times!!

The location of this property is convenient, especially having a shuttle. However, there's a game being between this property and another where they puck up passengers from the airport knowing they're going to a different property, so they can get the tips. I had this experience and the front desk staff (female around 11pm) was quite rude and unhelpful. The rest of the staff during my stay was pleasant. Outside of that, my room was comfortable. I was surprised that having a hotel booked to capacity months in advance did not push to have two working elevators. The wait times were annoying and the staircases were creepy. Overall, this property is good.

Property had a group of bikers and skaters who they were unable to control. The group was drinking and smoking marijuana outside on property grounds. There were hundreds of people, at least 500, who congregated in the parking lot with music blaring. Police monitored the event but did nothing to quell the disturbance. In addition, the party continued in the hotel rooms until 4 AM.

The rooms were okay but had a funny smell. The pull out sofa had no linen and when asked for some the front desk stated they were out. No blankets or sheets. From desk staff needs to be trained on customer service etiquette, just rude when you are asking a simple question. Also what’s the point of using my app to check in to bypass the front desk if I have to stand in line for 20 minutes to check in again?
