this place was ran down and not very clean. Just met the need of sleeping for the night however the bed is not very comfortable. I will not be staying here again, the room should’ve been priced at $50 not $99.

The room was disgusting. There was a straight up blood stain on the floor. I don’t think it was a stain. I think it just wasn’t cleaned. When we arrived, the toilet was broken and when we tried to call the front desk, but the phone line had literally been cut. They came up immediately and fixed the toilet, which I gave them props for, but they never fixed the phone. You can’t call an extended stay directly. It goes to a corporate phone number so it’s just a pain. We had to go down to the front desk if we needed them. I know it’s not their fault, but somebody had fully peed in the elevator. I would’ve called down to the front desk to tell them about it, but my phone line had been cut.

The room was nicely setup. But, the floors needed to be swept and mopped. There was dust and trash around the walls in the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Not to say how old the tub is, it really needs to be replaced. I couldn’t tell if it was cleaned or just old from the way it looked. Either way I showered in flip flops. If renovations were done, I’d have given it a 5 star rating, but under the circumstances it’s not a place I’d choose to revisit.

I won’t be back.

Thankfully this was only an overnight stop. It is the second worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in - at least I felt able to sleep in the room.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the walls are so thin I could hear everything all night long which means I did not rest or sleep. The only amenities was a bar of soap and a wrapped plastic cup. Housekeeping came well before checkout knocking on the door wanting to know when I was checking out.

I have stayed at this property not because of the cleanliness of the property but bc I was in a situation and had no other alternative for the price. I previously left an unfavorable review on this property and the manager Courtney called me personally. I have never had a hotel call me about a review. I wonder w/ the hundreds of unfavorable reviews with a 1-2 star rating do she call? She refused my daughter a room because she was mad about the reviews what we switch rooms because of the disgusting condition of the rooms. My question is Ms Courtney would you stay in unfavorable conditions? The reviews are so you are made aware of the conditions and so you can do better and improve the conditions. The last time I was in a room at her location, there was moldy stains in the tub, it smelled awful , a paneling on the sink was missing, there were burnt stains all over the counter both in the kitchen and bathroom. I took pictures and showed it to front desk and even the employee there said absolutely not, gave us another room and it was worse. She had the audacity to say we know the area we are in. So people who live in not so desirable neighborhoods do not deserve clean respectable accommodations? You don’t have to worry about us staying there anymore.. ever actually and reviews are part of the job, good bad or ugly. You should be ashamed of how you run your facility. People in the “hood” deserve the best accommodations too! DO BETTER!!!!
