Beautifully renovated, fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 and ½ bath home sits on a 1 acre lot in a quiet cul de sac. It is just minutes from I-485 with easy access to Charlotte (13 miles to Uptown Charlotte) and surrounding areas. This smart home offers high speed internet, voice-controlled lighting and thermostat, smart TVs, and keypad locks for your convenience.

With modern amenities and stylish finishes throughout, this home is perfect for anyone looking for comfort and convenience. The large living area features a decorative fireplace and smart TV, while the dining room provides a perfect space for meals with friends or family. Enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen equipped with a full suite of appliances, including a refrigerator with a water dispenser, dishwasher, and microwave. All of the essential kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and place setting for 10 are at your fingertips.

Step outside to your own private oasis! The expansive back yard, situated on a serene one-acre lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, features a covered porch with a ceiling fan and a cozy fire pit for winding down in the evenings.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care went into this home. The property is beautifully renovated, spotless, and exactly as described, if not better. Every space was comfortable, modern, and well laid out, making it perfect for both relaxing and everyday living.The home was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with high quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and all the amenities we needed for an extended stay. The smart home features were a great touch and made everything easy and convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional, the bathrooms were clean and modern, and the overall attention to detail really stood out.The location was ideal, close to everything we needed while still feeling quiet and private. It was also very dog friendly, which made traveling with our pet completely stress free.The host was outstanding, responsive, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Communication was clear, check in and check out were seamless, and any questions we had were answered promptly.This was one of the best short term rental experiences we have had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtfully managed home.

We loved staying here. The house is very clean and specious. Has all the necessary things in the kitchen. The neighborhood is very good. Loved the back yard and the porch. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this place for the short or long term stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Highly reccommend! The interior design is unique and the beds were so comfortable. Felt like being right at home with the large yard and private culdesac. It was so nice to have soaps and coffee waiting for us so we didnt have to go to the store until the next day! Definitely has all of the finishing touches to make it special!
