Welcome to "27 Craftsman," a thoughtfully remodeled country home just minutes from shopping, 13 miles to CLT/downtown Charlotte, and 7 miles to the Whitewater Center. Set on a peaceful property (you may even hear the chickens!), this bright, comfortable home offers plenty of parking for trailers, boats, or campers and is packed with guest-focused amenities for family stays or weekend getaways. The Space
Enter through either of two private entrances into an open-concept living area that flows from the living room to the dining table and kitchen. The living room features a plush leather sectional, 65" 4K Roku TV and Blu‑ray for movie nights. The large kitchen seats eight and is stocked with over 50 essentials—pots, pans, bakeware, Keurig + pods, Ninja blender, waffle maker, wine glasses & opener, children’s ware, and more—so you can cook and dine with ease. A laundry room with washer/dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board is conveniently located off the kitchen.
Sleeping & Baths
All three bedrooms sit on the right side of the home:
★ Kids’ room: unique 3-bed bunk (full on top, two twins below), 4K Roku TV, Blu‑ray, board games and toys.
★ Guest room: two queen beds, closet, TV, and easy side-entry access.
★ Primary suite: king bed, 65" 4K Roku TV, Blu‑ray, and a large en‑suite bathroom with double vanity.
A second full bathroom off the living area includes a tub/shower. Both baths are supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers.
Outdoors & Extras
Step out back to a patio with gas grill—perfect for evening cookouts. Fast Wi‑Fi, premium bedding, comfortable seating, and thoughtful details throughout make this home ideal for families, groups, or business travelers who want country calm with city access. There is a fire pit with several adirondack chairs.

Quiet, country getaway
Our family had a fantastic stay at this quiet country home. Everything in the house is well done and very clean. Nice kitchen, beds, bedding, and bathrooms. The “tech” all works flawlessly and all supplies were provided for bathrooms and kitchen. Close enough to everything we needed yet far enough removed to feel like we were by ourselves.
