Great location while in the CLT area
Will definitely "bookmark" this property. It was perfect for our needs while in the Charlotte area for the week. Used all the amenities w/ exception of the garage & outside charcoal grill. Appreciated the Keurig & complimentary kcups along with the quiet space after busy days outdoors. Close proximity to a local Walmart Market was great as we cooked often. Property is within convenient driving distance to restaurants.

Nice Townhome
We had a three week stay at Happy Trails for the birth of a granddaughter. The home was not as clean as we would have expected, there were a couple of outlets that didn’t work, and the garage door remote was missing, but despite these inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, but packed with five unit townhomes. Not much room to roam. The location was ideal, as is was just a short drive to the hospital where our granddaughter was born, and about 10 minutes to our daughter’s home. Our other daughter and her husband spent three nights in the 2nd bedroom and the property was plenty large enough for everyone. I would recommend this rental to anyone who doesn’t mind a tight neighborhood.

Happy Trails Good Stay
Overall this was a great vrbo for a family of four for four nights. The pluses were It was quiet and very clean. I had my doubts when we arrived because the location is a large complex/ neighborhood of townhomes. However, it was very quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was good and I was able to work and take work virtual calls. The townhome was spacious and allowed our family to spread out and have privacy verses a standard hotel room. The kitchen had everything you need, however if you plan to cook, bring everything you need to do so. The only provided cooking necessities were salt and pepper. Also, not much was provided (2 trash bags, no dish detergent, no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen). We bought paper towels and even toilet paper. Check out was also a little taxing because you had to strip your beds, run the dishwasher (good thing we bought detergent), take out all the trash including bathroom trash. Not a big deal and I’ve done this in other vrbos…. But still a lot when you are paying to stay somewhere, needing to pack and rush to the airport. Overall this was a great stay and very clean and convenient to the University.
