for our trips.​We were thoroughly impressed by the spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms, the quiet setting, the high level of professionalism from the front desk staff, and the efficiency of the housekeeping team. Your staff truly made us feel welcome.​The main issue we encountered during our stay related to the Wi-Fi service. Because I work in a hybrid capacity, having a stable internet connection is essential for my daily work responsibilities. Unfortunately, we experienced a few unexpected internet outages while trying to work. Additionally, while we appreciate that the setting is quiet and off the beaten path, we found the property a bit difficult to locate at first and somewhat tucked away from nearby dining and entertainment options.

We have stayed at numerous Quality Inn locations over the years, and I wanted to share that our recent stay at the Matthews, North Carolina location was one of our most pleasant experiences to date. We visit the Charlotte and Concord area annually for the NASCAR races and the NASCAR Hall of Fame, and we find your property exceptionally convenient for our trips. ​We were thoroughly impressed by the spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms, the quiet setting, the high level of professionalism from the front desk staff, and the efficiency of the housekeeping team. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and responsive . The beds were comfy and there are plenty of large pillows . Lots of plug ins for recharging , etc and space for luggage and bags . The parking and location were excellent . Neither of our TV's worked and the very nice , large kitchen was pointless because there was not a glass , cup , plate , spoon , fork , napkin or paper towel to be had . I needed an accessible bathroom and one was not available so that was an issue for me with one of the lowest toilets I have ever used . I mean LOW ! (Probably not a good idea for any guest over 40 . Lol . ) There were plenty of supplies and towels . All in all it was a pleasant stay with a few unpleasant surprises . The booming bass from the radio in the next room and very loud conversation in the parking lot the next night kept us awake . I would say the good outweighed the bad . Pleasant and efficient staff saved to day .
