Newly renovated 2BR 1BA house located in a great location! Fully furnished with contemporary comfortable furniture, California king beds, newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, spacious back yard, W/D unit and more. Minutes from Uptown Charlotte, Ovens Auditorium, Panthers Stadium, many parks, museums. Walking distance to Bojangles Coliseum, and The Park Expo Center. After a restful night's sleep in our spacious king beds with black out curtains as window treatments, enjoy a cup of variety coffee from our Keurig machine. After a day of exploring local culture, shops and restaurants come back, relax and enjoy a glass of wine and start watching your favorite TV shows on a variety of apps our 55 and 46-inch TV's all while sitting on our comfy sofa or laying in bed.

Very comfortable and cozy. Room air conditioners were noisy but kept unit cool. Ceiling fans were helpful. TV was difficult to operate. Could’ve used more hand towels in bathroom. Kitchen was well supplied. Nice Keurig coffee maker!

Property was as listed. Very cute and clean. Stocked well and comfortable. Close to Bojangles coliseum and downtown. Would recommend and stay again if in area.

Cozy and convenient!

The house worked perfectly for my needs, as I had a week-long job at the nearby Ovens Auditorium. This is the back unit of a small duplex, so it's very compact, but comfortable for 2 adults. The newly renovated interior was attractively decorated. All instructions were clear and prompt.

STUNNING FRESH AND CLEAN

What a great place to stay. Everything was so clean and fresh. Close to everything.... in the heart of it all. Host was very prompt with all communications and very informative. I will definately stay here again when I come to the area in the future..
