"The house and property was very very nice. Clean an plenty of room. Hot tub is nice but owner will charge u for them to drain an clean the hot tub an im sorry i shouldnt be charged for something that should be deep cleaned after every guest. Sanitary reaaons. An the owner didnt leave any instructions on how to drain or clean it. Said instructions were on fridge but there wasnt."

House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is SO quiet! We didn't hear anyone else, no dogs, nothing. The hot tub was amazing after walking all over Nashville. There was an issue with the code when we arrived and Laura was extremely helpful, quick to reply, and so polite in resolving it for us with the correct code. The firepit out back was so cute! i wish we could've used it but it was raining. The foosball table and games was fun! House was clean, location was great, hosts were awesome!"

The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather."

"This place is so great. It is super secluded on a hill, but isn't in the middle of nowhere at all. Jeff and Joanne were super accommodating and friendly. They were great about communicating when I had questions. This is one of the better places I've ever rented and I will definitely rent it next time I'm up in Nashville. Looks awesome online and is even better in person. We had a great time there."
