If you are looking for a quiet place, family atmosphere, warm hospitality and unforgettable memories from a typical Mediterranean village, your choice will be Villa Charming Vineyard.
We are situated in unique neighborhood which is on 15 minutes ride from Budva and its attractions. We are far away from city noises, in place where mountain air mixes with costal air, where you can find your rest and be totally calm.

Villa Charming Vineyard is a spacious 4 bedroom property for up to 12 guests. This Montenegro villa rental boasts a large outdoor dining area with a stone barbecue and oven. There is also a shaded garden and an outdoor pool. And the panoramic view of the Sea - it's a showstopper!

Villa Charming Vineyard is a Montenegro villa rental with a truly unique location and landscape. In the middle of untouched nature, you will enjoy breathtaking views and fresh air. You can even go hiking on many of the paths that surround the house. This villa will give you a chance to disconnect, slow down and take a deep breath.


This is quite a large property. In fact, it can accommodate up to twelve (12) guests on two levels! But don’t worry, everyone will be comfortable in this fully air-conditioned mansion! The house has four bedrooms, two separate living rooms, and two bathrooms.


All four bedrooms have queen beds, while the living rooms have convertible double sofas. The living areas are spacious enough to accommodate large groups. Furthermore, the modern and spotless bathrooms feature full-sized bathtubs. The kitchen is humble, but it has everything necessary for making large meals or snacks!


Most importantly, large terraces are easily accessible from all areas of the house. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Sea. This is the perfect place to have your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon.


At sundown, the real magic happens. As the setting sun paints the evening sky, this Montenegro villa rental transforms into a romantic oasis.


Adjacent to the house is a spacious garden, a patio, and an outdoor pool. The outdoor area also features a stunning stone barbecue and oven. In addition, thick grapevines provide shade for one part of the garden. Locals know that this is, by far, the best way to hide from the sun.


Free parking is available on site.


While it is a secluded haven, this property is still very well connected. The closest airport is in Tivat, at 33.4km. The airport in Podgorica is 72.5 km away.
