“Etape d'une nuit, bien situé par rapport aux visites de châteaux que nous devions effectuer entre samedi et dimanche. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants. Le jardin est agréable, la chambre très fonctionnelle, avec de nombreuses prises et un bon éclairage. Le matelas est top, la pièce bien isolée, nous avons trop bien dormi, malgré l'absence de volet sur la porte fenêtre, mais avec le rideau occultant qui s'est avéré efficace. “Mitten im Kloster welches die Hausgäste nachts besichtigen können, eine wundervolle Erfahrung. Tolles, sehr freundliches, englisch sprachiges Personal. Ruhige Lage, schöne moderne Zimmer. Anstelle im Restaurant zu essen, hat man die Möglichkeit sich einen Picknickkorb richten zu lassen und im Klostergarten zu picknicken. Wundervoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. “There are always a few small things (our cold tap barely worked) but overall, this hotel was brilliant. Staff were friendly, spa was really well appointed and treatments were both very good and reasonably priced. Its location right on the river and in the heart of a tiny but bustling little village is idyllic. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, all the necessary accessories. Highly recommended ”
