"What a great place to stay. Sadly we were in town for a funeral and just needed a quiet, relaxed, comfortable place for a few nights. While the buildings and rooms are a bit dated, Roman Spa staff were friendly and helpful, could walk to everything in town from the hotel, had amazing foot massages at the spa, pools were clean and heated, room was clean as can be with a kitchen that had everything needed to cook or to store leftovers from restaurants. The grounds were lovely and well maintained....

"We were a group of five adults. This was the only VRBO I have ever stayed in where the pictures on the site did NOT do it justice. Picturesquely secluded in the middle of a vineyard, we were surrounded by nature with panoramic views of the mountains and a great outdoor space from which to enjoy them. House was spotless and updated. Decor was sophisticated. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to hang out in the great room with friends. Owners were very accommodating prior to the stay. Once we were there, we wanted for nothing, so never had to reach out to them. Location just outside Calistoga was quiet. Most of the wineries we visited were about twenty minutes away. Calistoga restaurants about a five minute drive. Once again, I recommend this one wholeheartedly!GHF"

The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail felt well thought-out. The location was perfect for exploring Napa’s wineries and restaurants, yet the property itself was peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back again. "Loved the vibe and the room was nice. The vibe around the hotel was healthy and chill. The bar has good drinks and the kitchen with outdoor seating is perfect for lounging in the sun. Our favorite part was the filtered water available in the lobby and the mineral bath soak pool and cold water bucket dump feature. We will be back for sure. "
