- 1 modern shower room, separate from the toilet
- 1 bright living room, including a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area
- 1 direct access to a spacious corner terrace of over 12 m², facing southwest to enjoy the sun in all seasons

UPPER LEVEL:
- 1 cozy TV lounge with a sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- 1 bedroom separated by a door, with two single beds
- 1 baby crib is also available on site if needed

PRIVATE PARKING AND AMENITIES:
- 1 private outdoor parking space
- 1 ski locker

INCLUDED SERVICES:
- End-of-stay cleaning
- In summer, the Multipass is included for 5 people

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO MAKE YOUR STAY EASIER:
- Cancellation insurance: 4.5% of the total stay
- Linen package (bed linen, 1 large and 1 small hand towel per person, bath mat, and tea towels): €25 per single bed, €50 per double bed
- Beds made upon arrival: €10 per single bed, €20 per double bed
- Ski pass reservations: 10% discount (for a minimum of 3 consecutive days)

Upon arrival, a deposit of €600 will be required by bank imprint.
