Great for family vacation - Thank you Thierry!

House and private garden are absolutely lovely for vacation with smaller kids. Same is true for the community pool and all neighborhood. The house is very well equipped on a practical level. All you need for daily living is in walking distance - including the beaches. As a frequent traveler I enjoyed clean and comfortable mattress. Quite and powerful A/C. Safe parking. And Mother Nature’s creatures sparing us.

Parfait pour un hebergement de vacances

Accès à la plage à 20 min, proprio sympathique, bonne literie. Les chambres sont ok pour dormir. Salon, canapé, exterieur. Très bien pour emmener les chiens avec soi !

Tres belle semaine dans la maison de Thierry . Quartier residentiel très agreable, calme et securisé. La maison possede tout ce qu'il faut. Les terrasse jardin , les lits tres confortables, les velos et une boulangerie à 100m.

Nous avons visiter une très belle régions, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix, magnifique. Nous avons trouvé le petit jardin fort agréable et bien équipé. Petit bémol un mauvaise odeur dans les toilette lors de notre séjour. Un propriétaire fort sympathique.

Tres bon accueil des propriétaires et un agréable sejour dans une maison bien equipée au sein d un espace securisé et calme tout en étant à proximité des commerces et de la belle plage de Chatelaillon. Séjour très agréable et très apprécié même par des ados de 17/18 ans! Une très jolie maison avec un jardin/terrasse clos très bien entretenu. Surpris car c’est une location dans laquelle il ne manque absolument rien. Nous sommes gâtés. Même les vélos (en très bon état) étaient à notre disposition. La résidence est super bien située. 10 minutes de la plage et sans se presser. Nous ne sommes loin de rien. Une résidence très bien entretenue et tranquille. La communication avec le gérant s’est très bien passée. Gérant très sympathique et à l’écoute des clients. Envie de retenter l’expérience car c’est un 10/10. À recommander +++

une excellente surprise

En raison de nos heures d'arrivée puis de départ, nous n'avons pu communiquer avec le propriétaire , que par téléphone. Nous le remercions pour la confiance qu'il a eue pour l'état des lieux qu'il n'a pas pu faire avec et nous espérons avoir répondu à ses attentes pour rendre la location la plus accueillante possible pour nos successeurs.Ce propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions en un temps record sans donner l' impression de le deranger , bien au contraire. Le logement était parfait et rien ne manquait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Mention spéciale pour le mignon petit jardin , à l'abri du bruit et du voisinage . Par les fortes chaleurs, la climatisation était la bienvenue. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter , la localisation nous a permis de faire les iles de Ré , Madame et d'Aix en faisant un minimum de route.

Des vacances parfaites

La maison de vacances est parfaitement équipée. Il ne manque rien. Thierry est un propriétaire très sympathique et disponible à tout moment. Tout ce dont on a besoin pour les besoins quotidiens est à proximité (supermarché, boulangerie...). Pour aller à la plage ou au centre de Châtelaillon, il faut compter 5 minutes à vélo. A recommander vivement.

Une semaine de vacances très appréciée

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison est fonctionnelle et l'accueil de Thierry a été très apprécié. Facilité de communication et d'organisation pour l'arrivée/départ ++. Les vélos disponibles sont un vrai plus pour les amateurs de balades qui peuvent être nombreuses dans le secteur y compris sur chemins côtiers (relativement plat) Bref nous recommandons ;-)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons fait un très bon séjour dans une maison impeccable et très bien aménagée avec 3 chambres bien séparées , salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne avec tous les équipements (climatisation, lave et sèche linge, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde, barbecue, cuisine aménagée avec de la vaisselle impeccable, congélateur etc. ..) un espace extérieur privatif et aménagé et protégé par un store mobile en cas de fort ensoleillement , un garage avec vélos à disposition, une place de stationnement , une piscine dans la résidence , un environnement très calme et proche de la mer (env. 1km). Nous pensons y retourner l'année prochaine si possible
