"Disappointing. The cable was out for 2 days, the ice machine on the 4th florr didn't work and the microwave in my room 417 was broken."

"Everything was excellent, except that the room had clearly had a smoker staying in it. Since I am allergic to cigarette smoke, it was a little difficult to sleep there. I have to say that I was really impressed by how quickly the staff came to the desk as soon as I approached--no matter what time of day it was! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay."

"The room was nice and clean the stuff for courteous and some were very nice breakfast though that needs some work they were short staffed the pancake maker kept clogging up and there were always running out of something and then I got stale milk which made me sick and the pool smelled like dirty feet but it was really nice the hot tub was the right temperature nice and hot and the pool was nice and warm"

"Room was nice. Disappointed no outlets to charge phones, especially in an extended-stay ("Business") type hotel. Whole place was ok but could use a nice "refresh". Exterior exit door to parking lot did not lock.....felt a bit unsafe. Couple was arguing loudly and knocking on my room door at midnight. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Overall ok, but probably not stay there in future."
