"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "

"An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). To our horror we found that the room had No Air-Conditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and all they had in the room was a ceiling fan. There were bugs in the room due to the heat. "We've stayed in a lot of home rentals - and across the board - this was the best place ever. The home was clean, nicely decorated and super comfortable. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and incredibly welcoming, leaving us with a generous basket of local treats. We loved the peaceful outdoor space and roamed all 40 acres. The pond was beautiful and if it had only been warmer we'd have jumped in the rowboat. We will be back for sure. A++ Thank you, Anna!"
