When you spend time at Cape Time, you feel like you are in the center of it all! The home overlooks Blue Pond with amazing views and colorful sunsets - private access is through the backyard. Just a few hundred feet away is our deeded rights and access to While Pond - perfect for water sports - be sure to use the kayaks! The Cape Cod Rail Trail is there as well - enjoy family bike rides and early morning walks while nature wakes up. A short car ride brings you to eclectic downtown Chatham and to any one of the amazing beaches out town has to offer. Step outside. Four doors down, take a right and you're enjoying deeded rights to a private, pet-friendly, association beach on White Pond -- the largest inland body of water in Chatham – delightful for swimming, boating (no gas engines), and even stand up paddle boarding! Four doors down, take a left and you're on the Old Colony Rail Trail bike path for a quick, easy and SAFE ride into downtown Chatham or countless points of adventure up and down the Cape! Close proximity to the Chatham Airport where you can grab breakfast at the popular Hanger B and watch the private planes come in and take off- young kids just love it!
The house's bright, open floor plan is made for socializing against a backdrop of Cape Cod views. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen is open to the dining area and a sitting room, perfect for a book, puzzle or board game. The family room, with cathedral ceilings, a beautiful brick fireplace, and large flat-screen TV is the place to kick back and relax. All have expansive water views. Open the sliding doors off the dining and family rooms and you're out on a wraparound deck with a shaded picnic table, sun-soaked lounge chairs and a gas grill to fire up your favorite summer beach-barbecue treats.
Bedrooms include a first floor master (Bedroom #1) with a King bed, flat screen TV, and master bath suite (Bathroom #1) including a romantic and relaxing Jacuzzi tub (fits two!) and separate shower.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed and Bedroom #3 with 2 Twin Beds and a trundle. They share a full Bathroom #2 with tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have water views.
The walk out basement features a ping pong table and sliders that open onto a screened, covered patio with outdoor shower and the back yard with its path down to Blue Pond. There are even 2 small kayaks that are just perfect for the ponds available for your use! (Please use at your own risk). The yard features new, environmentally friendly landscaping, designed in compliance with the Chatham Conservation Commission to help restore and protect the natural habitat surrounding our ponds!
Enclosed outdoor space incorporates the side yard, upper deck, lower patio/outdoor shower. A perfect space for Fido to soak up some sun!
Other convenient amenities include central A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, Cable TV, and a two car garage.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
