a truly great rental

location was perfect- actually on a pond, with a view, and easy access to rail trail. house was quaint and really nicely kept, and the house had everything we needed. we would absolutely rent again

Best vacation house ever

This was the best house I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was wonderfully comfortable and spacious. Everything was in great working order. The little lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed the kayaks. The fenced in yard was perfect and the rest of the backyard beyond the fence included little walkways and beautiful sitting areas to enjoy watching the birds. We were really suprised and delighted with the home. The photos of the house and grounds are lovely but there’s no way to capture how wonderful this property is. It was such a special week; we so appreciated having our pups with us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Lovely home with great views; spacious and easy to live in. Would suggest the light in the master bath outside the shower be replaced. Also, when we arrived, the garbage can left outside by the garage was tipped over with garbage falling out - it has no lid. Many thanks

Beautiful home.

This is a beautiful home in an ideal setting overlooking a pond. There is a beautiful outdoor deck as well as a glass enclosed sitting area overlooking the pond. The neighborhood is very nice and quite. We hope to return again in the near future.

Great house with a killer view!

Pictures don't do this place justice. Big open space, with large windows to enjoy the veiw. Great for small groups or families.

All the comforts ohome... And then some.

We had a wonderful vacation. 151 Sky Way is a beautiful and very comfortable home. The close proximity to the bike path and the Chatham airport was a plus, our son loved walking to go see the planes. We were disappointed however that this listing claimed we could "build sandcastles on the nearby private beach" but there was no beach to speak of on the pond. It was more like a 20 ft wide boat launch at the end of a wooded path. I do not think this should be advertised as having a beach. Also, the hot water gets dangerously hot for renters with children. Other than that, we loved the house, and are considering staying there again next year.
