“It was a pretty good stay for my first motel. Clean room, good bed. TV was nice. WiFi included, and there's a laundry room for longer stays. I didn't end up trying the shower but my boyfriend said it worked good. The only criticism I have is to include cutlery and maybe more cups. And the sheets on the bed weren't great for comfort but they worked. AC was wonderful. Overall the stay was good, just don't get there too late like I did haha.”

However, my room was fairly unclean and while I was travelling with my toddler, there were some exposed wires under the radiator and white grime in the shower as well as literal dust bunnies within the room. Wish I would have k won this before spending over $300 on this room.”

“Our experience at Omstead’s on Erie was amazing, my friend, daughter and I are still talking about it. First off, the home was so well decorated, every carefully selected item has a story and the stories were amazing, all this with a great view of Lake Erie. Margo and Keith are great hosts, they provided us with many great local recommendations for dinner and Margo treated us to locally sourced fancy breakfasts. We will definitely be going back!”

“We didnt even stay in the room, my girlfriend was so upset about how cold it was in the rooms( the windows had been left open). There was dirt on the floors in the room and the bathroom. She also couldnt get any warm water out of the taps.”

“Room was clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked. Breakfast definitely offered a good variety of plentiful items. The only real complaint our party of 4 occupying 2 different rooms had was that at check-in there was no one at reception, or responded to calls on the reception phone, and the same occurred when we checked out 3 days later. When they were there they were cordial, helpful, and polite. We assumed they were just required to be in too many places during their shifts.”

“the "accessible" room did not have a wheelchair accessible shower. There was a step to access the shower, and it wasn`t possible to reach the shower controls from the bench. I needed to switch to a regular room with a tub. Staff were helpful in resolving the issue, but "accessible" rooms should be verified that they actually are accessible.”

“We stayed a week at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The suites are large very well appointed both bathroom and kitchen (stovetop, large microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, sink). The staff were extremely professional and incredibly competent. The breakfast was fantastic and varied every day of our stay.
