Well, to start with the ice machine was out of service. They did give me a plastic bag with ice in it. Next, there was a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. I didn’t complain about that or the fact that there was no where to hang clothes. There seemed to be an area for that, but the rod was not there. ...

The room was beautiful but, there is no microwaves in the rooms. The water would not get hot in the sink. Most of all they didn't clean my room. My stay was 2 days. Called front desk and was told if you don't request for them to clean it they will bye pass you... really! All the money I spent for ...

Amazing vacation home and experience. Well designed home with huge covered porches overlooking the heated pool, fire pit and private point lot. Great location on Smith Mountain Lake with clear deep water. Thank you!

We really appreciated our host - she was super helpful, always connected, nice and professional. We faced some issues, caused by the weather and beyond anybody's control, but the host just saved our trip. Because of her we had wonderful weekend, relaxing and quiet. We would love to come back ...
