Maryvonne Baillou is a gracious hostess who provided great information on local must-see spots. The furnishings are truly antique while the mattresses are modern. "Le gîte est situé en pleine campagne dans un endroit très calme en bordure de la forêt de Loches. Nous avons vu des biches. Beaucoup de sites sont accessibles en 15 ou 30 minutes depuis cet endroit. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant qui est très accommodant. Je recommande sans réserve."

"Heerlijk huis in een rustige omgeving. Zonnebloemvelden stonden bijna in bloei. In de ochtend gewekt door vogels. Complete stilte in de nacht. Loches is op 10 minuten rijden (mooi stadje met markt op woensdag en zaterdag) en alle kastelen en tuinen zijn binnen een half uur tot een uur te bereiken. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op het land stonden lammetjes die we elke avond om 21.30 uur de fles mochten geven. Al met al een dikke 10"

"The staff is always wonderful. The pool and sauna area are fabulous. I haven’t done breakfast yet. I always enjoy sitting at the bar. The kids loved the game room. It’s so central and very comfortable and the beds are fantastic. The only thing that could be a little better is having the TV switch Abel into English language When there are programs on TF one in English. Fantastic hotel, and really pretty."
