Appart'hôtel : Sale autant dans les parties communes (ascenceur!!!) que la chambre (restes de cuisson de l'occupant précédent sur la plaque, sols vraiment pas nets, ... établissement vieillissant et mal entretenu (ex : Miroir dans la chambre cassé, pas ébréché, mais cassé...)

Leider sehr stark heruntergekommen. Ich würde nicht nochmal dort buchen. Es ist dreckig, vieles ist im schlechten Zustand. Wie man an den Bilder sehen kann, ist vieles kaputt und ganz ehrlich, keiner kann in dem Zustand sagen : habe ich nicht gesehen. Dafür sind viel zu viele Sachen kaputt als dass man das als Ausrede nutzen kann. Nur das Personal war freundlich, das war das einzige.

L’accueil était médiocre. Les hôtes du début et de fin n’ont pas le sens de l’accueil et du professionnalisme. Je suis parti à 4h du matin et la personne de l’accueil me demande pourquoi je pars à cette heure là. Je trouve très intrusive. Par ailleurs la personne qui nous a accueilli au début était d’une nonchalance monstre. Décevant je ne reviendrai plus

Hôtel nécessitant un sérieux rafraîchissement, même délabré sur certains points. Sale de manière générale. Petit déjeuner pas réapprovisionné, pâtisseries pas cuites. Nonchalance du personnel c'est insupportable.

Hôtel sans climatisation, fréquentation douteuse et prostituées. Literie pas confortable, deux lits simples collés = jolie barre au milieu. Aucune envie de reprendre une nuit dans cet hôtel avec soit disant 3 étoiles.

I appreciated the room upgrade. Dust on the ceiling panels everywhere. Not a huge deal but it wouldn't be long to vacuum tor dust off these once every 3 months. I found it annoying not to have any hot water in the shower at midnight and at 6.30am. Apart from late night and early morning hot water was fine. I didn't have these observations during prior stays 2 years ago and earlier this month as I come stay regularly at this hotel. I'll still return because location is convenient for my particular needs. Front desk friendly.

Cerise hotel chatou - Peut faire mieux

Une des portes de la penderie était cassée. Le plafonier de la SdB ne fonctionnait pas. La longueur du cable pour la bouillaoire éléctrique n'était pas assez long. Il fallait mettre parterre. Les joints de la douche étaient jaune / marron. Sinon les lits étaient confortables, mais nous avons euu une chambre avec 2 lits au lieu d'un lit double, pourtant réservé.

A clean 1-star hotel

Clean but... the curtain was on the floor, there was no chair in the room, there is no fixture to hold the shower head, all the furniture is in extremely used condition, the heater works sometimes, there are no lamps next to the bed, there was no art or decoration hanging on any wall. This is a 1-star hotel.

Die Unterkunft entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber charmant und super gelegen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Die Lage ist zentral aber ruhig. Ich empfehle es ohne Einschränkung.

Beskidt hotel, vi følte os til besvær

Boede her i 5 dage, og fik én gang rengøring. Håndvask på wc var stoppet og dryppede ned i skuffen - drypperiet blev dog ordnet. Resten måtte vi selv klare. Morgenmad buffet var klam med scramble egg der var blevet tørre og med skorpe på allerede kl 8.30(morgenmad ml 630-11). Vi måtte spørge efter lidt ekstra brød, som dog aldrig kom på bordet fordi det blev brændt på. Spiseområdet var beskidt og bordene klistret og trængte til en lille vaskeklud. Huller i væg på værelset der var lappet med toiletpapir, en receptionist der virkede HELT uinteresseret i kunderne - fik hende dog op af stolen da vi nævnte at håndvasken dryppede ned i skuffen på badeværelset. Det blev fikset, men vasken var fortsat tilstoppet. Måtte bede om hårtørreren, som var i receptionen og ikke på værelset som ellers skrevet i beskrivelsen. På INGEN måder pengene værd. Vores bil stod dog fint og godt i parkerings kælderen, HVOS vi skal nævne en enkelt ting der var ok.

Le débit de la douche était faible, une ampoule ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle d'eau. Il est regrétable qu'il n'y ait pas de sèche cheveux dans un établissement de cette classe. Rien à dire sur le reste du service. Du personnel très agréable à l'accueil.

Friendly front desk staff. Room a bit run down but decent value considering the cheap price. Location was ideal for me but may not be for others. Bath tub front panel was completely unacceptable in my room as if bathroom was under renovation. Easily fixable but not my job as a hotel guest, not their handyman. I didn't mention it to hotel as I didn't have time and I had unconventional schedule. I will still come back though.

Un établissement intéressant qui demanderait un rafraîchissement intérieur chambre et mobilier. Attention aux zones de poussière tuyauteries en particulier qu'ils faudraient encadrer pour pas que la poussière s'y incrusté. Chambre très spacieuse. Personnel à l'accueil fort emable. Point noir. Le prix du parking de l'hôtel pour ses clients. Plus cher qu'en Espagne 12 euros c'est exagéré.

Jai réservé et réglé à Hotels.com pour 1 nuit le 23 septembre. A l'arrivée hôtel m'a refait payer le prix de la nuitée. Apres réclamation à vos services, j'attends avec impatience des nouvelles et le remboursement !
