Welcome to Southside Oasis, our brand-new 3-level, 3-bedroom condo in the highly sought after Burnside community, just blocks from the heart of Chattanooga`s dynamic Southside! The Space:
Step inside and discover a contemporary haven across three levels. You will enter on the lower level where you will find a bedroom/office space. There is also a full bathroom and garage access from this floor. The second level is the main floor with an open concept kitchen, private balcony access and living room with a smart TV. High ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Bedrooms:
This condo has three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Plush bedding, ample storage, and tasteful decor ensure a restful night`s sleep. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed its own en-suite bathroom, providing a touch of luxury and privacy.

Bathrooms:
With three bathrooms, there`s never a wait for your morning routine. Clean, modern fixtures and complimentary toiletries elevate your stay, offering convenience and a spa-like experience.

The Burnside neighborhood has an on-site dog park area. Please feel free to bring your furry friend. We do have a max of one dog with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Most restaurants on the Southside have dog friendly patios. And don`t forget to visit Play Wash Pint for a fun experience with your pup!

Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice

Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.

Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:

The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking

The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival

If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.

All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.

This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.

The Burnside Neighborhood is an 8-acre enclave of townhomes, businesses, and a fully restored, mixed-use one-hundred-year-old warehouse located in Chattanooga`s historic Southside. The apartments boast exposed brick walls, modern kitchens, comfortable common lounges, a rooftop deck, and a tree-lined outdoor courtyard.
We ask that you please treat our home as you would your own.

-No parties or events
-Pets Allowed with a ONE dog max with a $100 non refundable fee. There is an on site dog park area (currently under construction), please clean up after your pet. No pets on the beds or furniture please.
-No smoking. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the building and properly dispose of your butts. Evidence of smoking of any substance inside the unit will result in an immediate $500 charge. There is also no smoking on the balcony per building policy!
-The garage door opener is sitting in the bowl on the table when you enter the front door. Please return this upon checkout. There is a $100 charge if the opener is not returned.

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.

Excessive Pet Hair Fee:
While we love hosting furry guests, excessive pet hair that requires additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover will result in a $60 additional cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable for everyone! 🐾

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
