This Hollywood Regency inspired home is in a breathtaking setting and is perfect for a small friend or family group. It would provide the perfect place to rest after outdoor adventures on the beautiful mountain or to enjoy the thriving Chattanooga downtown scene.
From the front door you walk into a light, open living space with a stone fireplace, a plush seating area, an original hand painted gold accent wall, TV and mini bar.
The master bedroom features a fabulous queen bed, gorgeous furnishings, a closet, dresser and a TV. There is a bathroom off the master bedroom with a soaker tub and separate shower. The second bedroom features another comfy queen bed with more gorgeous bedding a large dresser and closet. This bedroom has a sliding door that opens to its own little deck that leads to the backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a family sized fridge and an electric glass-top range with microwave above it. In the kitchen there is a breakfast nook with comfortable bench seating and extra chairs to seat up to 6.
The sunroom is around the corner from the stone fireplace in the living room and has a cozy loveseat that faces a sliding door that opens up to the back deck. There are games on open shelves in the sunroom. The back deck also connects to an exterior door to the master bedroom.
There is a third bedroom with a twin bed plus trundle bed. This bedroom would also make a great office; it is equipped with a desk facing an amazing widow and the wifi is great.
The second bathroom is outside the second bedroom with a combination tub and shower.
The fireplace contains an electric fireplace insert for comfort and safety. The yard around the home has a large fire pit for bonfires and is surrounded by stone walls built in the 1930's.
There will be a guest manual available at the house with all the information you need for your stay plus itineraries, restaurant suggestions, etc.

***Parking at Mount Nouveau***
Our mountain terrain is awesome and we love all our boulders and curving side streets. Please take extra care as you park and back out. Three cars is the MAXIMUM amount of cars Mount Nouveau can accommodate. The parking spots at the top of the property are for the guests in the blue cottage, please respect their parking needs and privacy and park down the driveway. If any drivers are nervous about parking, you can park at the top of the driveway and walk down to the house from your car. Please keep in mind the driveway is shrouded by trees. There is a black and gold small sign with "Mount Nouveau" at the top left of the driveway with reflectors.
