Wonderful staff. Nice, clean room. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The pool in process of renovation, we got vouchers for drinks and complimentary rides to Victoria Nui Sam's infinity pool. We'll be back.

The staff were okay but not attentive to customer needs. We got dropped off in front of the hotel, no one was there to help us with the luggage, we had to call out to the reception before someone came. I was holding a plate full at breakfast and wanted to go to the dining area outside and the door was closed and I was struggling to open it without dropping my food, a staff member saw me but did not come over to help!! However I want to call out 2 staff members who tried to make up for those deficiencies, ms Tram at reception and ms Suong at the restaurant

Room is small with larger heavy furnitures in the way, causing hitting the knee to it, very danger. River view room balcony is a joke, very tiny just enough room to stand up if you need to smoke. Dirty with bird poo. Not worth the money Room is very dirty; luggage rack is so dirty that I would not dare to put my luggage on it. The front desk woman who checked us in was not friendly, not even say hello to us, all she said was 'passport'. The 2 ladies at breakfast were much better than the front desk person. This hotel should swap the front desk to work in the kitchen. The person at check-out was not better. Not sure how Expedia label this hotel as 4-star hotel. It would be equivalent to 2 stars. May be because it is in a not developed small town with low class people. There is nothing worth visiting Chau Doc.

This is an amazing and peaceful hotel to stay at when visiting Southern Vietnam. The hospitality is second to none. Outstanding staff, breakfast buffet and view of the Mekong River.
