Não vale a pena

Hotel muito bonito por fora. Porém por dentro é tudo muito antigo/velho. Quarto muito pequeno e desconfortável. Muito calor dentro do hotel, pois não havia ar condicionado. Agua da piscina externa sempre gelada (pelo nivel do hotel deveria ter a agua aquecida). Jardim da frente muito bem cuidado mas os jardins do entorno muito mal cuidado. Muito mosquito e pernilongo. Não vale a pena salvo você tenha o sonho de se hospedar num palácio.

Wonderful Hotel with a Fantastic Concierge

5 star service and accommodations. Amazing grounds. Wonderful SPA!!! The thermal massage is a must do. It was very hard to get in. Book in advance when you make your reservation. The bikes were horrible, but I think they are waiting for new ones. The concierge was the best we have ever encountered. He gave us an amazing tour of Chavis and provided access to one of the best vineyards we have ever visited. Wonderful service. Breakfast was very good. We ate at both Restaurants and were disappointed with the meals. We did not do the taster menu in the ballroom but did have the duck and veal and would not order them again. The Lobster/ avocado dish was amazing. We would go back to this hotel.

Es fehlte einen Kessel, um Tee/ Kaffee zu kochen Ein Teil des Vorhangs war loose Seife und Shampoo waren zu wenig für 2 Leute Die Bade - und Handtücher sind täglich - an einem Tag sogar 2x - und die Betttücher gewechselt worden, was nicht nötig war.

A short but very pleasant stay

Everything inside and outside the hotel is meticulously cared with pride and love. The inside is sumptuous and shiny, the exterior gardens are calm, fresh and peaceful. The less atractive thing is the price, but tis in in fact a real 5-star hotel..

Bueno, pero irregular servicio.

Hotel precioso y bien situado en el pueblo (que es lo único que merece la pena de este, por cierto). Muy buenas amenities. El desayuno es bastante bueno, pero lo mejor es el restaurante del hotel, donde cenamos: el bacalao con garbanzos y el solomillo, buenísimos. Solo falló el servicio de recepción, que no nos dejó hacer el checkin ni dejar las maletas en el hotel cuando llegamos demasiado pronto. No pedíamos ocupar la habitación, sino solo descargar el equipaje, pero no hubo manera. Muy mal.

Um lugar a repetir.

O projeto arquitetônico e paisagístico é lindíssima. Um lugar fantástico para relaxar e desfrutar, com muita tranquilidade. A única observação diz respeito ao mal estado de manutenção e conservação dos jardins, dos lagos, do campo de golf, e de toda a vegetação no entorno do prédio do hotel (dentro do complexo). Penso que é consequência do encerramento do hotel, durante o período crítico da pandemia COVID-19. Isso poderia explicar; mas, não pode justificar.
