「What a perfect stay! The property was impeccable , everything as clean as could be. White linens and super soft bedding made it ten times better! About fifteen minutes from downtown/ broadway , uber to the city way super easy and affordable. We loved everything about our stay. 10 stars」

「The host was amazing and very organized! She helped us navigate through everything we needed! The property was very clean and well stocked! We had no problems getting an uber to and from our destination! The private driveway was awesome with a busy street!」

「Everything was nice and the screened porch was peaceful.」

「Oh my… where do I even begin?!Donna is truly one of the most lovely hosts you could ever ask for. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and heart she puts into creating an amazing experience. The cottage was immaculately clean and as pet owners, we were blown away by how thoughtfully she caters to pets while still keeping everything pristine. That is NOT easy to do, and she absolutely nailed it.One of my favorite things was the wraparound porch completely gated, so you can relax...

「Everything was exactly as described. This isn’t for you if you want to be able to walk out the door and right onto broadway but if you want somewhere more chill and quiet but still minutes away from everything this is for you! We definitely would book again! Host is great with communication! We had zero issues and...

「Perfect getaway!! Very clean, private and peaceful!!Thanks for a great stay!!」

「Charming home in adorable Leipers Fork! Was a great stay, very clean, personal local touches added. Loved the local coffee included! Only item worth noting for future guests is the home is right on the Main Street and traffic is heavy in the mornings. Bring a noise machine if you are a light sleeper!」

「We really can't rate the Cosy Cottage highly enough. Great little place with absolutely everything you need for your stay - snacks, water and coffee pods a great bonus. Very comfortable beds Quiet location, 10 minute drive from downtown Excellent communication from booking to checking out」

「Had a great 3 night stay in a beautiful, brand new home, decorated with style and super clean. Located walking distance to downtown Franklin shopping and eateries. Big box stores minutes away, as well. The area is quiet and Susan is a very attentive and gracious host. Definitely recommend!」
