This place is strategically located among a very busy area in TST.
Just a bit hard to reach with the taxi as you have to walk up by the main road.
Stayed here over new year and was a bit noisy from the crowd outside (there's quite a few bars etc downstairs)

Room after upgrade was spacious. However, bottle water is $12 each. Only got a restaurant which has no price listed. Looks expensive. Location is not very convenient. Staff were not very friendly. Check-out has to wait till they finished inspection. Didn’t advise about shuttle service. Only found out by oneself when stepping out the premise after check out & saw the line up, then checked with those guests. Would not come back again.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly, efficient. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. The staff even helped me get a car to the airport after we missed the shuttle. One minor suggestion though is that the hotel could provide the option of letting the guests use the luggage cart themselves instead ...
