Interesting

At the start I was not impressed. I was not given check in instructions like usual vrbo rentals. I never received a response from anyone on how to check in, had to figure it out once we arrived. Once we got into the room it was a lot more run down than the pictures. The couch was something I would have had in college, very used, broken and uncomfortable. There was some patch work left half done in the bedroom. Found a used bandage in the couch/pull out bed. Also had to search for bedding for pull out. We were not told at check in to get more toiletries as needed so we found that out the hard way. Location was great.

Unit needs some love

Location is great, check in/out easy, no maid service is unfortunate, the carpet needs a deep clean, and master suite ceiling was stained/water damage with exposed electrical.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great.
