Amazing location

This lovely home presents a unique and homey feeling that amplifies your housing experience. Once entering the balcony view facing the lake, you’re instantly feeling the comfort and ease of a relaxing resort. Customer service was amazing and responsive, and would suggest this location to anyone!

First time staying here, I would stay again. Parking lot was big, we had 3 cars and a large boat. The home was equipped with all amenities, and toys for kids. We had 2 kids and a toddler. Great stay! Air conditioning system, WiFi, and hot tub worked great! Thank you.

The house itself wasn't bad, but someone had spilled screws all over the driveway and not picked them up, causing us to have a flat tire. It is "across from the lake" kinda...good view from the deck though.

Nice & spacious

Hot tub only works when it wants to. This is literally a 4-bedroom house with 2 full bathes but state 8 max so my son & his family couldn't join us 😕 other than that it was nice except the heating/cooling system is LOUD! Beautiful views and nice amenities.

It was fine, the view was great.

The view was great. Some of the beds were terrible, the light on the deck by the hot tub wasn’t working and the tvs were difficult to do anything with, we couldn’t stream anything. Switching the gaming console for the kids downstairs was a monumental effort. Otherwise the house was fine and comfortable (besides some of the mattresses) we had most of what we needed, except a tea kettle would have been nice.

I rented this house for my extended family who was in town for my daughter’s wedding at Siren Song. Close proximity to the venue, nice view of the lake, good parking and clean home. Would rent again.

Great place in Chelan

My family really enjoyed the house in Chelan. It was clean (upon asking Vacasa to ensure it would be properly cleaned after seeing reviews). The location was beautiful, jacuzzi worked great and the view of the lake/mountains was excellent! Only concern was there was a railing was not super safe that one of my daughters almost fell through inside the house. If that could be fixed that would make it a 4.5-5/5 star house.

Despite promising to send someone to help turn on the kitchen stove, no one showed up the entire time of our stay. This created a lot of anxiety as we were with kids who need home cooked food.

Can’t recommend this house.

Oven, stove and main floor toilet did not work. Called and texted Vacasa about it the night we arrived and they never sent anyone to fix it. We had to keep going downstairs to use the toilet and couldn’t cook any meals had to eat all meals out! I also had to keep checking the status, Vacasa never followed up with me. The house also smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned recently. We thought about leaving a day early and won’t be staying in this home ever again.

Thank you for the platform to be able to express our experience. House needs works Dirty carpets and bathrooms floors are very dirty. Left open bottles and old soaps in the up stairs bathroom. No cleaners in the house to be able to wipe down counters. Ping pong garage was a disaster tools ,garage and stuff all over the floor. The deck also safe back and fourth and felt unstable. DVD player upstairs had no plugs to it. The main bed was comfortable other beds in the house were terrible. We rent often and this is the Time I have ever had to give negative feedback. In these cases what do you do for the quest.

More to be desired

Property is not lake front which is deceiving based on photos posted in listing. Currently has construction ongoing within 300 feet which starts at 7 am every morning giving no peace or comfort through any part of the day with machinery and construction noise. Rodents (mice) were present in the home causing great distress to my pregnant wife with mouse droppings in kitchen cabinets: big concern. Sleeping at night required listening to them in the walls of the downstairs floor. Reached out to Vacasa to have issue addressed and nothing came of it. Wife had to sleep in car for two nights... Property is not the cleanest and the A/C was more to be desired. Hot tub was not useable due to unbearable smell of chlorine. Will not be staying at this property again and would recommend paying a little more or looking elsewhere.

Great bones, attend to the basics

This is a great house, but, the second toilet didn't work and didn't get fixed while we were there. So five of us on two separate floors were limping along. Not cool. It's a quiet location, the hot tub and view were fantastic, the kitchen is super well-stocked, but, instead of taking care of the broken toilet they just strung us along until we were gone. Unimpressed.
