Great set up for a group of teenage girls who wanted to have a weekend together full of sun, swimming, chilling, cooking and eating. The parents had their own "nest" above the garage and the girls had the house. Easy to check in on them without hovering constantly or having to hide out in a bedroom the whole time to stay "out of the way". Great accommodations and The Lookout is a very nice community.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful. The places were both very well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals there. We needed a couple of things and the staff was so kind and helpful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had many issues in this home. Took 3 hours to get access to the carriage house which we had also rented. Also had a breaker tripping all night so husband could not use his breathing machine and we had to keep getting up to turn it back on. Informed the staff and they just said oh we will put in a help ticket. No I’m sorry that happened what can we do? I have stayed at the Lookout around 10 times and never had an issue. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I really had to push and bother them to get what we needed which was a key to the rental that I paid for. The house was smaller than the pictures looked as well. Not as many kitchen supplies either. I will stay at the Lookout again but prob not this home. I did appreciated the Coug gear though. Go Cougs!
