「I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. An excellent choice of breakfasts included in the price. The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside.」

「Feel comfortable, room is clean and tidy condition 」

「We tried to check in early as we were at a wedding during the day. The receptionist said unfortunately this wasn’t possible despite letting other people to do so and would let us know as soon as a room was available (no one contacted us at all). They offered to hold our bags but we later just found it unattended in the reception area. 「We unfortunately had an issue with the cleanliness of the room,it was reported and even said, tomorrow would be fine as it was late Sunday evening and did not want to put anyone out, and guess what! nothing happened, we did not prompt again as that’s not us, we got on with it as didn’t want the negative to ruin our break. 「I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff don’t return emails answer phones or return phone calls. Check-in ends at 9 PM and if you aren’t there you can’t get into your room. I’ve travelled the world and never in my life had such bad customer service. The Travelodge however has excellent staff clean rooms and comfortable beds. At nearly half the price is an exceptionally better value.」
