「The staff has been very helpful and goes that extra mile to make your stay most comfortable and accommodate the special request as much as they can. Worth mentioning services provided by Ms. Meryl, Mr. Saravanan, Ms. Oxendrila, Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Keith, Mr. Prabhakaran, Ms. Soundarya, Mr. Thomson, Mr. Jagan beat my expectations. Thanks Only improvement I would suggest is response/actions to the requests placed via phone. I had to do multiple follow up at couple of instances.」

「We booked 2 king size bed room but when we check in midnight. The reception checked us in in 2 twin bed room. And after complaining they can only change one room to king size.」

「This hotel has private beach, spacious resort village, good selection of breakfast. Unfortunately, there is nothing to shop if you go outside of the hotel.」

「The bed sheet is not clean and the service at buffet breakfast resturant is poor. 」
