不滿：整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
Don't stay here
The hotel room smelled like clean laundry when I checked in, but after a couple of days the bathroom in particular began to stink. The bedsheets seemed clean, but the carpet was stained. There were a lot of cracks in the plaster walls and ceiling, wallpaper coming off, and several cracked tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was installed wonkily and there was something sticky on the handle of the hairdryer, which itself didn't work. My male colleague got a knock on his bedroom door at 11:30. The service was friendly but they didn't speak any English and it seemed like they'd never even communicated with a non-Chinese speaker as they spoke incredibly quickly and didn't seem to be aware that translation apps exist. The area is a dusty industrial zone that seems to specialise in plumbing supplies. I saw a chicken walking on the pavement.
