"Clean and big room. Helpful staff"

"Initially I was unaware that the hotel was connected to a mall, so I was wondering for some time in the mall looking for the hotel. Then one of staff recognized I was lost and assisted me and guided me to the hotel. The staff were all amazingly nice. The hotel itself was also great. The fact that the hotel was connected to a mall allowed me to shop and acquire anything I needed when I needed it. On top of that, there were many great and fantastic restaurants within walking distant of one another. I plan on coming back in the future."

"It’s international breakfast with Chengdu local selection for RMB149. Food taste is ok. Room is clean & the service is on the spot. Staffs were helpful especially Zoey who assisted us in trying to find nearest hospital & laundry services. She still remembered that I injured knees badly and asked if I did feel better not. Only bad side is not too near to the metro station, bed is too soft. Just a short distance to chunxi road. I like their pool which is very comfortable and not crowded"

"Great hotel and very clean. Breakfast buffet has great options, and an excellent view. Staff are very professional and helpful. Only issue was that the washroom doors are a little hard to use, and water from the shower leaks into the washroom very easily, and may cause a slip."

"It's only 5 mins walk from subway station, clean, and great staff. Only thing was the bar isn't the type you expected where you can hang out and have a drink, most the time it's not open day time or no bartender, just a server with a ipad take your drink order and I felt like I was the only one in there, but it is China the lifestyle of social is very different."
