"This property has ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ World Class customer service and accommodations. The communication was open and welcoming. I Loved everything about this property. The environment was quiet and safe. We had enough space for our family of five. If vacation rental was a place; this is definitely be the place to stay. When in the Accra area again; we will definitely stay here. The house was the same as seen in photos. Very Satisfied Customer! "

"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...
