Good value for the money.the staff and service excellent especially the people at the front desk and morning breakfast choices are very good.

Cheating Customers
I had booked thru hotels. com at Ginger, Chennai on 10 th march2023..
When I was booking thru hotels.com special discounted price was shown.
After booking,check in time was shown as 2 pm and No cancellation is possible..
my complaint is why do you show check in time is 2 pm after booking and No cancellation.. I don’t know whether I have to complain to hotels.com or ginger hotel..
I was supposed to reach Chennai by train at 8 am.. hotel fellows said in that case I have to pay one more day for 9 th March..
So I had to cancel my train ticket and rescheduled my Train ticket to checkin at 2 pm.. I am 68 yrs Marketing consultant and so far no hotel has asked me pay for 2 days just because I wanted to check in at 8 am..
I wonder whether hotels are fleecing customers like this.. very bad experience.. whenever you are showing spl. Price pl inform check in time .. you cannot take customer for a ride saying NO Cancellation.. if ginger hotel is very smart they should allow customer to Cancel if arrival time is in morning and one day extra rent to be paid for 4 hours.. I do hope hotels.com or ginger hotel will call me..

throughly dissapointed
first, i was just stuffed in a room which was small.second is that due to the payment voucher issue,i was denied WiFi.after requesting them,they provided WiFi from a different customers room.the room was'nt cleaned and i was asked to check out at 3:30 whereas i got my room at 7pm.this has been my worst experience with ginger and i regret to book a room there.
