“We booked a villa. The scenery was beautiful, the resort had numerous issues which affected our stay. The toilet/shower doors were very difficult to close due to warping and lack of maintenance. The front light didn't work, so the room was dark. The air-conditioning hardly worked and only barely managed to keep the room cool at night (between 8pm and 6am). During the day the air conditioner was so poor that it was cooler outside than inside. The entire time you're at the resort you are being……

“Chambre ok mais équipement vieillissant, matelas bien trop dur (un juste milieu serait préférable) odeur d’égout dans les toilettes et porte de chambre qui bloque ( tordue et frotte de partout) le personnel a été très sympa et la piscine très propre ( il manque des transats) ”

Claro, estás en medio de la selva y hay muchos bichos, pero es normal y es algo que obviamente debes esperar, y es inevitable, pero todo está muy limpio y bien. El trato y el servicio fue impresionantemente bueno. La mejor opción”

“Staff was very welcoming and friendly, room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was great. We also booked a bamboo raft tour through the hotel which was very good.”

“Super fijn verblijf gehad. In de omgeving is niet veel. Maar zelfs als je naar de 7/11 wilt voor een boodschap wordt je even gebracht met de golfkar. Het personeel is super behulpzaam. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf”

“Chambre ok mais la propreté peut être améliorée, idem dans salle de bain… Autrement c’est un bel endroit, assez atypique avec des cabanes pour chaque chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très simple. En revanche le personnel est au petit soin.”

“I checked in and checked back out. I thought I could deal with the heat, no wifi or reception , and getting bit up by mosquitos but I couldn’t . This does truly have the jungle experience. No WiFi in rooms, no phone reception. No AC. My bed had hair in it and stains on the cover. Room smelled fresh though . Ordered from the restaurant . The food wasn’t that great but I did get vegetarian options. Bring mosquito repellent and ant too if you can.”

“Nice hotel with nice balcony with view over looking the river. But no hot pot or coffee for the price should have. Very difficult to walk down to river no steps with big drop”

“Les propriétaires de cette pension familiale sont vraiment très gentils et serviables. Nous avons réservé l’excursion d’une journée sur le lac avec eux et nous avons passé une journée fantastique. Avons également réservé les transferts en mini-van. La chambre était propre avec une très jolie vue. Une peu bruyante car située sous la terrasse du petit déjeuner. Idéale pour les lève-tôt !”

“The staff were all very nice. Room could have been cleaned and smelled fresh. Blanket has stains. Breakfast was good. They had a wide variety of food . Internet was pretty good . No elevator. Provided hygiene items. Provided a few snacks and daily water.”
