「We paid a premium for a waterfall pool suite but were given a room with no view. The local staff admitted no rooms with a room exist and marketing pictures on the website and Expedia are misleading. Hotel management would not make themselves available to deal with the situation. The hotel is dated. Rooms had bugs. The pool was not clean. Restaurant mediocre and does not cater well to western taste. Appalling experience, I am surprised Expedia continue to partner with them given the open...

「We booked the property for 2 days but property owner gave us the property for 1 day only, still the refund is pending and they are asking to connect with Expedia but there is no reply from them and even owner of the property is not cooperating」

「not upto standard what i expected」

「We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. 」

「The buffet dinner left something much more to be desired, not in terms of variety but in terms of taste and flavor. The morning breakfast on the other hand was excellent in taste and variety.」

「Clean room, warm staff and value for money. 」

「Excellent facilities. Though the staff stay area could use some upgradation.」
