"Within 2 hours of checking in. I got locked out of my room. Metal lock part at the top of the door catch on the door when closing. The security guard couldn’t do anything but give me a “emergency room” for the night. Didn’t have a charger or clothes. Next day I had the option to stay in the same room or get a new one. I got a different room but the key card kept deactivating. Apparently if it gets close to your phone. It deactivates. Other than that it was a good stay. Also they’re updating the rooms. The room I had, had brand new appliances. Very nice for the price and staff are very friendly. Would stay again."
"All though the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The fact that the on site shopping and spa services was not available threw a small dent in the hotel experience because that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel I wasn’t able to for fill my mom complete birthday experience. "

"What a fantastic property! Everything was as described. Communication with host was prompt. The fenced in yard and the screened in porch were great for our furry friends. It was really nice being in walking distance to the beach. An added bonus was how comfortable the master bed was. It made it hard to get up in the morning. We only discovered how awesome Boulineaus grocery store is on the last day. Highly recommend going there right away. Will definitely stay here again. "
