「The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. 」

「Found dead flies in the beds and the sheets were stained. I would not expect much from an inexpensive room but I do expect it to be clean.」

「Great little Inn with a well equipped kitchen, clean rooms, and art books. It made for a lovely base for our two day Berkshires adventure.」

「This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.」

「Great location. Within walking distance to MOCA, and a few restaurants that were open during our stay. The town is post industrial and post manufacturing. Walking around MOCA is a wonderful experience in itself as much of the history of the building and surrounding area comes alive and is fascinating.The exercise room is small. Not crowded. The pool was in use most of the time we were there as the pool is used for children's swimming lessons. We didn't want to use the hot tub with a bunch of...

「It was a great stay at a place that was a cut above the usual hotel stay. Breakfast was provided but we only ate there 1 day for we wanted to experience things away from the place. There are many delicious places to eat for breakfast so try it. The location was perfect allowing for walking around whether to MOCA or finding other shops. While we didn’t bring our dog along this time, perhaps we will next time. 」

「Check in went well and guy at the desk was friendly. Bathroom was very dirty, pubes and grease in bathtub, bathtub drain stop broken. Toilet dirty. Bathroom light switch broken. 」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...
