Mike and Anna greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the chalet. They are both friendly and accommodating. They were also really good with communication and instructions prior to arrival. The place was neat and clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, the towels were hotel standard, the hot water and showers worked well with shampoo,……
