There is a full kitchen with gorgeous white quartz countertops, complete with kitchenware and cooking needs and a rustic kitchen table that sits six. The open concept flows from the kitchen, dining room and living room. The sun room also features a couch and love seat, while the living room has a couch and two oversize comfortable lounge chairs. The living room and sun room each have T.V.s! The water and sunset views are incredible. The home has its own washer and dryer and parking for four vehicles. (The garage is not available for parking)
Guests will have full access to the home ( check-in through a smart lock), half acre yard, pier and driveway. (Guests will not have access to the garage)
The home is in a safe, quiet and private neighborhood. We often enjoy walks along the peninsula. The house is steps from a neighborhood playground. During low tide, a small beach can be accessed. From local historic landmarks to local seafood restaurants, there is always something to discover. Whether your sipping you morning coffee on the patio or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine, the beauty of the water is never far away.
