Follow the long, private driveway between the pines to reach this beautiful lakefront house on the south shore of Loon Lake. Ideally located at the tip of a small peninsula, the home provides more than 180 degrees of water views down almost the lake's entire length.

Inside, you'll find a continued focus on the beautiful water views with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Two levels feature spacious rooms, including a living area. This lower level has walk-out patio doors with a path that meanders down to the sandy beach and the newly built dock. From both sides of the wraparound upper deck, you'll enjoy panoramic, sweeping views of Loon Lake that will take your breath away. *Trash service is not available at this property. This property is located in an area administered by the Adirondack Park Commission. As with many remote homes in Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Chestertown Landfill/Transfer Station. We recommend calling early in your stay to find out fees and open days.

Dock details: No more than one boat to be used on the dock by the renters; the boat is to be no longer than 18 feet long.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
