We also were awoken at 1 am by the people upstairs running and jumping, so I wish the walls/floors were more soundproof. But that is more of a guest issue than a hotel issue.”

First couldn't find the room and observed some shady activities in the parking lot. Finally found the room- across from the bathroom and bar. Opened the door to the room and a roach ran across the dresser. Immediately turned and left.”
