"My luggage, which I was told to leave near a locking closet to be locked away while I ate at the restaurant next door was left sitting, not locked up, and was unattended in the lobby entry when I returned an hour later. I took it up to my room.. no call to be certain I had retrieved it- in fact anyone could have taken it. "

"We have stayed here many times and have always had a positive experience. Our last stay was in a room with a broken window sill and outside air was coming in the whole time. It was not uncomfortable and an exception to our previous stays "

"I had a bad experience during check-in; I waited over 15 minutes because there was no one at the front desk. The employee's attitude was poor, and—to my bad luck—the room had a hole in the wall. It wasn't visible when opening the door, so I didn't notice it until I used the bathroom. I assumed they had rented the room out in that condition, and I made the mistake of not reporting it. After checking out, I thought everything was fine until I checked my bank account and saw that they had charged me the security deposit. I called the hotel, and the receptionist told me the charge was due to the hole in the room. I replied that I hadn't caused it and that it had been there since I arrived, but she responded that it was my fault for not reporting it—and that was why they kept the deposit. That is total BS."

"The property is dated and could use a few upgrades, the complimentary breakfast was not always fully stocked, the laundry room was great (no fees), the staff was amazing very nice and helpful. Parking fills up pretty quickly. You have a few long term vehicles on the property. Room services every three days but you can ask the staff for additional towels. If need be the rooms can use refreshing the lobby areas could use new lanterns and lamps. Lampshades were broken on several. They do offer nice cookies at the front desk. Jess and team are very nice. "

"We usually choose Home2 Suites when we travel because we’ve had consistently positive experiences, which is why this stay was a bit disappointing. This particular location felt more dated than others we’ve visited, and there were a few maintenance and comfort issues that stood out. The window shade in our room was broken, and the bed was firmer than we prefer, which made it less comfortable. In the breakfast area, several chairs were visibly worn, with ripped upholstery and noticeable dirt, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, parking required an extra fee. While I can’t recall if this was clearly stated in the hotel description, it would have been helpful to have that communicated more prominently. Overall, this stay didn’t quite meet the standard we’ve come to expect. "
