Few adjustments for a perfect stay

We have mixed feelings about our stay here....firstly let me say Diego was very friendly and sorted out the few problems we had...(no hot water, no gas, no water at all) not enough towels.. This place could be amazing but it is sadly lacking in things...simple adjustments would make it a better stay. There is a large fridge feeezer (great) however not enough utensils, an oven with no tray to use, not enough cutlery , not enough crockery which is mostly plastic anyway!! there is no kettle so we boiled water on the stove. There is also a problem with cockroaches , sadly. However , on the upside it’s in a great location, it’s behind large gates and is a pleasant little place overall. It has aircon and good WiFi. Mahuhual itself is amazing.

Departamento holístico.

Para mi fué una nueva experiencia hospedarme en este hotel, ya que se se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila y cerquita a unos pasos está la selva, para ir a la playa hay que pasar por un costado de la selva , el hotel es más bien un departamento muy cómodo que cuenta con todo lo que requieras ,( horno de microondas,refrigerador, estufa , agua, trastes, wifi ,no cuenta con tv, pero la verdad si vas en plan de introspección ni la necesitarás ) todo muy limpio; arreglado con una honda tipo holística que me encantó¡ muy adoc para sentir el relax y la paz del bello mar de Mahahual , donde todo es peace and love jajajajaja. El trato por el dueño fué muy atento y cordial, el hotel para mi cubrió mis necesidades de hospedaje ya que sólo llegabamos a bañarnos y a dormir . De que regreso a Mahahual regreso y no dudaría volver a quedarme en este hotelito.

Nice apartment in a quiet residential area

On arrival in Mahahual we went to the Hotel Pasada Pachamama, who deal with check in arrangements for the apartment. We were met by Diego, who was extremely helpful. He took us to the apartment by taxi (a short ride) and gave us a comprehensive tour of it. We returned to the Pachamama later that day when he helped us to hire bicycles and gave us recommendations for restaurants. His level of customer service was excellent. The apartment is located in Casitas, a quiet residential area just a short cycle ride or walk from the malecon and bars/restaurants of Mahahual. However, in close proximity to the apartment there are some mini-markets and restaurants so you don't have to go far for food shopping or to eat out. Due to the location it is very peaceful and away from the tourist traps of Mahahual. The apartment had just about everything we needed, including beach towels, with the added bonus of a garden where we were able to safely store our bikes overnight. If we were super critical we would say that it would have been nice to have some washing up liquid in the kitchen and use of garden furniture. Were we to find ourselves in Mahahual again we would not hesitate to stay here.

Agradable departamento ideal para una familia pequeña, se encuentra como a 20 min caminando a la playa, existen tiendas muy cerca para comprar víveres y tanto la playa como los condominios son muy tranquilos
