What a beautiful house, and so comfortable, with the changing tides right in your backyard. This place was a great find and a must stay for anyone looking to stay in the area.

A Very Comfortable Stay with Great Ocean Sunset Views

Both the owner and property manager were great with answering questions and concerns about our stay. We would definitely recommend this location to friends and family looking to explore all of the summer scenery that Nova Scotia has to offer.

The property was lovely in cleanliness, location on the ocean and was pet friendly. It was right on the ocean, however the drop at the back of the property would not be suitable for families with small children as there is no access to the beach from the property at all. One small drawback is that if you want to be by all the action, shoppi ng etcetera, you need to do a lot of driving. But for a relaxing stay put vacation its lovely with million dollar views from the cottage over the bay. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Perfect house and view!

We had such a lovely stay, with an even better view! The house was perfectly equipped, for kitchen, bedding, bathrooms. A wonderful fire stove in the main living area we kept lit the whole time. We look forward to visiting again in the summer!

NYE getaway

The property is even lovelier than the photos and it has everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meals, super comfy bed, lots of wood for the stove, and very clean throughout. It was so easy communicating with the hosts and they are very thoughtful with their guests - would happily stay again!

Peaceful and Beautiful!

This property had the most peaceful, stunning view of the Minas Basin! The host was incredible in her communication and the home itself had everything you would ever need to enjoy your stay. The location was remote so a 30 minute drive to bigger hubs was something to take into account, but the local beaches, walks, food marts, and scenic views made the stay very warm and relaxing. Would stay here again for a quiet getaway.

Only fault was the bed clothes on the first floor bedroom needed to be washed. It appeared to be missed. id say the last people made the bed before they left and the cleaner assumed it was not used. No big deal. Love the house and views.

A wonderful 2 bedroom nicely updated oceanfront retreat. Truly ocean front! Bathrooms and Kitchen were FULLY appointed. Bedding was super comfy and the wood stove was an added bonus for a windy and rainy day. Host was 5 Star. would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a great trip, the house was as expected and the view was incredible! Jerica was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our whole stay. The location is very remote, we didn't realize how remote, so piece of advice for anyone staying, grocery shop in advance and don't plan on eating out.

Wonderful get-away by the sea

The house is very well-appointed with everything you could need. Hummingbirds came to the deck feeders throughout our stay. A bald eagle flew past on each day. The spot offers an amazing view of Blomidon. There are short, local hiking trails, and muddy and rocky, beautiful shoreline to explore. Highly recommend.

Incredible!

As if being able to see the Bay of Fundy out your back door isn't enough, this home was amazing! It was right out of a home decorating show, the space was comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. Dan and Jerica were available and accommodating. And the views!!! We took our chairs onto the lawn and soaked it all in. It was so relaxing to have this home as our base in Nova Scotia.

Tranquility

Upon arrival the view of the Minus Basin was breathtaking from the backyard. The house was clean , it was very well stocked( best I have encountered in my travels). The beds were very comfy and showers in am were great. No issues with wifi. The shaded porch was comfortable especially in the hot weather. Close to the beach were we explored the ocean floor when tide was out. Sunsets from upper deck spectacular. Amazing weekend .
