“The host is very responsive and helpful . There is a good place to lock up bikes. We would prefer the big table in the main bedroom be downstairs for puzzles and games so you don’t have to clear the game table for meals. It was close to a store and we could walk or bike where we needed. It’s well stocked with basics and we really appreciate the attention to detail and having spices and shampoo and such provided. The house is also very pretty. We really had a great time there. ”

“Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well appointed and welcoming. The host was exceptionally friendly and always available if needed. The neighborhood was convenient and an excellent location. We will definitely return when next in DC.”

“The condo was perfect for our family stay. It’s location was great - near our daughters place and convenient to shopping, restaurants on the Rosslyn metro. Also an easy walk across the bridge to Georgetown. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the appliances worked. Our bed was comfortable. The 3rd bdrm is only accessible though the 2nd bdrm. This was fine for us as our adult daughters like sharing spaces. Overall pleased with the apartment and would stay here again. ”

“Property was fine but there was no writing desk in the room so no good for a professional visitor. Also awkward to get coffee in the morning as nothing was provided in the room itself. Distance from Metro another disadvantage ”

“Worst place to stay at, couch was already broken, instead of them buying a new one they put books under it, and they ask for more money once you already place order for bnb, don’t recommend at all”

“We loved this rental! It had everything we needed including a lovely kitchen, cozy living room area, 1.5 bathrooms, and beds that were so comfortable! The location is great, too. The neighborhood is lovely. We walked into the city (just under 2 miles) for the museums but it would be a short and easy drive or uber ride in! Hosts were so kind and communicated well. We will definitely be back!”

“The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What……
