The outside locks typically work good in the winter however, as you stated it was 40 below zero and it was below zero continuously for many days in a row which affected our exterior locks but were working to prevent this in the future. In regard to the 200 deposit for Cheyenne residents, we simply go by the information you provide at the time of check in, if the ID says Cheyenne resident and we can't verify your residency elsewhere we must get the deposit.
