"This property was so rundown and dirty, I had to cut our stay short by 3 days staying only as long as I had to for our spring training games, Sunday and Tuesday. The man at the front desk was very unpleasant. I was definitely shocked when I went into the room, especially since it also had the Wyndham name attached to it. The day I checked in, I went back to the office and told them we'd be leaving on Wednesday and asked if we could get our money back for the days we didn't stay. I was told since it was a 3rd party booking, no money would be returned, which was very disappointing. "

"This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster. "

"Hotel rooms need an upgrade. Rooms are old, beds are not comfortable. Noise level is high. a/c needs an upgrade also. We will not be staying at this hotel again. One night was enough. Very disappointed."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our first-floor poolside room was incredibly convenient, allowing us to enjoy the pool with ease. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our visit relaxing and enjoyable. While daily maid service would have been nice, we received service as requested, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Tampa airport and Clearwater for spring training games. We also loved exploring the charming town of Safety Harbor, which offers plenty of great restaurants and unique shops. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in the area."

"Nice property probably won’t stay again. It had been updated but key areas had been missed like elevator, mold around shower handle, etc. lots of other options on the area for a nicer place. Staff was really friendly though."

"I had a WONDERFUL stay, everyone was helpful and nice and room was clean, the only thing I wish was different was the amenities, could use a coffee pot and coffee packets and their pool was closed. I paid $112 which is fair for that location,but definitely needed a cup of coffee🙂"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel, will definitely go there again and recommend anyone. The housecleaning was great, the room was clean and replenished with towels and toiletries when needed. They provided us with the shuttle that fell within their 5 mile radius to my medical procedure which was super helpful especially since we were new to the area. They offer several choices within the daily breakfast. The location was great for us as it is centrally located to the places we needed to go. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My husband loved the hot cookies offered daily, he would look forward to this every day. They also have a stationary that was very helpful at no extra cost. The only reason I didn’t give a five star to the appearance of the facility is because they had a water stain/leak at the entrance of the building as you enter their premises; other than that, the building has a clean pleasant smell when you step in. Definitely recommend this hotel to others. 👍"

"Wish it had a restaurant but there are places within walking distance. Great size room and bathroom. Took a little while for the hot water to heat up for a shower but once it did it was fine. "
